We just released FS 2019 R1.3. This version adds the PWC2019 scoring formula, adds a number of improvements that should make scorekeepers' lives easier, and fixes a few bugs. Most of the work in this release was done by two volunteers: Vitaly Umansky and Phil de Joux with the help of Joerg Ewald.

What's in the release:

• PWC2019 scoring formula added
• Drag-and-drop IGC file import added
• Show all crossings: The one that is used for scoring in green, all others in orange (turn on/off in View menu)
• Show all individual track points (turn on/off in View menu)
• Show turnpoint tolerance band (turn on/off in View menu)
• Show optimal speed-section route (turn on/off in View menu)
• Show route through turnpoint centres (turn on/off in View menu)
• Show cylinders for FAI sphere or WGS84 (turn on/off in View menu)
• Speed section distance and launch to ESS distance calculations corrected
• When distance measurement window is open, measuring distance with right mouse click will add coordinates into measurement window
• Maximum zoom level increased
• Map zoom with mouse wheel
• Turnpoint editing window layout improved
• No longer show an error when turnpoint is edited before SS is set
• Show distance measurements with centimetre accuracy
• GAP parameter window layout improved
• Minimum absolute tolerance moved to advanced GAP settings
• Improved internal handling of airspace data
• Improved algorithm to find the pilot's best distance, fixed bug where the algorithm would take a very long time to complete if the pilot missed an early turnpoint
• Add scroll bar to field selection window for reports with filters
