FAI By-Laws updated
The FAI Executive Board has updated the FAI By-Laws. These changes were published on 16 December 2022 and will become effective on 1 January 2023.
Most changes relate to formatting, language clarification and the use of plural to avoid gender bias.
The new version also includes the necessary changes to implement decisions taken at the last General Conference.
A further modification relates to the deadline for distributing the agenda of Commission annual meetings, which has been reduced from 45 to 30 days. This brings it in line with that of the FAI General Conference agenda.
The update process included the involvement of the Statutes and By-Laws Working Group.
