Is the IPPI card accepted in your country ?

YES. The IPPI Card is accepted in VIETNAM.

VIETNAM AIR SPORTS ASSOCIATION (VASA) is the National Sports Association in the Vienam recognised to issue national licenses for paragliding and hang gliding with the IPPI equivalence written on it.  Vietnamese pilots are encouraged to have a national license issued by VIETNAM AIR SPORTS ASSOCIATION.   Visiting pilots are encouraged to carry their IPPI card along with their national license, certificate or rating issued by their own federations.  

What is the minimum legal requirement coverage required in your country?

None.

What additional coverage does your country recommend (such as medical insurance, search and rescue etc...) ?

Pilots flying in the Vietnam are encouraged to be members of VIETNAM AIR SPORTS ASSOCIATION (VASA).  

Is your NAC prepared to provide a special insurance coverage for guest pilots who do not comply with your national law ?

Currently, we do not provide any type of insurance coverage.
